Friday, October 17 from 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, October 18 from 8 a.m.-noon
(Many items 50% off on Saturday)

This sale is OPEN TO THE COMMUNITY for participation as a Seller, Shopper, and Volunteer.
All proceeds will benefit the children's ministries of Heatherwood Baptist Church.

We will WAIVE the CONSIGNOR FEE for Volunteers who work the BREAKDOWN SHIFT on Saturday.

Returning Consignors:

Your Consignor # has not changed - it is the same as the previous sales.  If you have not updated your password, it is set to the last four digits of your primary phone number.  Click "Forgot Your Consignor Number or Password" if you would like to have it emailed to you.

NOTE: Consignors will need to register for each sale in which they participate.  However, you will keep the same number for each sale.

Volunteers Earn More CASH!

Consignors who are willing to volunteer will increase their earnings from 60% to 65% (for 4-8 hours) or even 70% (for 12 hours)!

We will WAIVE the CONSIGNOR FEE for Volunteers who work the BREAKDOWN SHIFT.  Volunteers who work Breakdown on Saturday will be able to take their items home immediately instead of waiting for evening pick-up.

Barter Shifts are also available for those consignors who cannot volunteer during sale hours. (These will be posted closer to the sale date.)
