  • The tagging system will be open until Monday morning at 8am.  Please have ALL TAGS ENTERED by MON @ 8am.
  • Items must be tagged and ready when you arrive for drop off.
  • Items must be pre-sorted by size and gender.
  • ​Remember: Plastic hangers only - no wire hangers accepted.

Volunteers helping with breakdown may pick up on Saturday after all items are sorted.
  • Unsold items  MUST be picked up at this time. 
  • You may make arrangements for someone else to pick up your items.
  • Any remaining items at 3:00pm on Sunday will be donated to local ministry partners and charities including, but not limited to, Bloom, Coweta County Foster Care, Coweta Pregnancy Center, Alpha Omega, etc.

Consignors have 3 options on receiving payment...
1. ELECTRONIC PAYMENT through Zelle
(quickest, around 1-2 weeks after the sale)
2. Pick up a CHECK at the church office
(about 2 weeks after the sale)
3. Have a CHECK mailed 
(mailed 2 weeks after sale, but it's USPS, so... ???)
